Trinity Place Shelter News Archive: Are you interested in volunteering at Trinity Place Shelter? There are 2 ways that TPS relies of the effort and dedication of our volunteers: Overnight Monitor: On Saturday evenings to Sunday morning (when our usual staff is off). Note: this does not require you to stay awake all night. Our next volunteer orientation training is scheduled for Saturday, June 22nd. (This is mandatory prior to becoming an Overnight Monitor). Dinner Donor: Each Wednesday, volunteers bring in dinner for our 10 young residents. The meal can be home cooked, store bought, or even take out. You can choose to drop off the meal, or stay for a while to chat. You're welcome to bring a friend or two for this as well.
